Bethany joined Vision Institute Northwest early in 2021 and is our Practice Administrator and Human Resource Generalist. Learn more about her below.
She has a passion to develop leaders, increase employee engagement, eliminate practice pitfalls, and stimulate growth in people and the practice. Bethany has over 10 years of healthcare experience, and 3 of those years has been in an Ophthalmic/Optometric setting.
Bethany graduated from Eastern Washington University with a degree in Health Services Administration and as a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. She is Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Certified through the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.
Her interest in Human Resources came a little later, and she is currently in the process of becoming SHRM certified through the Society for Human Resource Management. Spending time with family, volunteering in the community, shopping at locally owned boutiques, and enjoying the great outdoors is where you will find her when the time allows.
